Bad legal advice or no legal advice at all can be expensive. Good legal advice, on the other hand, saves you time, money and nerves.
In charging for my services, I am guided by the individual concerns and needs of my clients.
Initial consultation
I offer initial consultations at a fair flat rate of € 120,- (plus VAT and cash expenses).
Please contact my law office and make an appointment. In a personal meeting we will determine a flat rate that suits you best.
Flexible fee structure
Legal services can be billed either as a flat fee (fixed lump sum), hourly rate (time-based fee) or according to the Attorney at Law’s tariff as well as a contingency fee.
When billing for my services, I am guided by your individual needs. Depending on your concerns, I will find a suitable fee agreement in a personal discussion with you.

Legal protection insurance
If you have legal expenses insurance, as an attorney I will contact your legal expenses insurance company and take care of the legal expenses coverage request. If your legal protection insurance provides legal protection coverage, I will bill my services as an Attorney for Law in Vienna directly with your legal protection insurance.
