Administrative law and administrative criminal law
Administrative law regulates the legal relationships between the state and its citizens. While in civil and private law there is equality between the parties involved, in administrative law the state is superior to the citizen.
Administrative law includes many areas such as trade law, citizenship and aliens law, building law, land transfer law, driver’s license law, security police law etc.
Having worked for a public authority as a Attorney at Law (criminal consultant), I know the authorities from “inside” and know how they “tick”.
Of course, I use this special professional experience in administrative proceedings in the interest of my clients in order to protect their rights in the best possible way.
My services as an Attorney for Law in Vienna for administrative and administrative criminal law include in particular:
- Advice and representation before authorities in connection with trade law, building law, land transfer law, citizenship law, aliens law, etc.
- Advice and representation before the Regional Administrative Court and the Federal Administrative Court
- Advice and representation before the Administrative Court
- Advice and representation before the Constitutional Court
- Advice and representation in administrative penal proceedings (combating penal orders, penal notices, etc.)
- and much more
